ABOUT SHAUN KEHOE

The gym has been my passion forever and I have gone all over the map in the world of training. I think outside the box, and am going to do more then just handover a training program to help my clients.

I have also been through some medical difficulties in life, I have fought through them to get to where I am today, and I am on a mission to show others that the difficulties in life aren’t just presented to us to try and make us quit, they are here to make us stronger and help us reach our goals!

Your road to health and happiness may be completely different than what you have pictured in your head. Let me help you find the right path by using the gym and all the other aspects of health you’ll see me talk about in my blogs.

DISABILITY:

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR ME?

Having faced many physical and health related adversities myself (epilepsy, hydrocephalus, asthma), I pride myself in the work that I do with my clients who have disabilities and medical conditions. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t reach your goals because you have either of the two I just mentioned, that you can’t do it or that you should just quit. Also, don’t let yourself tell you that either! With research, a close working relationship with healthcare professionals, and personal experience I helped clients of all kinds achieve their goals and live a healthier life. Anyone can do it! Your program may require all kinds of modifications compared to the workouts that you are seeing on social media these days, and that’s exactly what I am here for!
